This Cadco Convection Oven is a high performance electric commercial oven and is perfect for baking and top brown finishing. It handles three 1/4 size sheet pans at one time and can also accomodate standard 2 1/2" deep half-size steam table pans (pans not included). The oven is constructed entirely of stainless steel with insulated double walls. The cooking chamber is 9"x14.125"x11.25" (HxWxD)with 0.83 cubic feet of cooking volume. Heat settings are variable ranging from 175°F to 500°F (indrect heat) and the built in fan circulates air evenly throughout the oven.
