THIS UNIT MAINTAINS FOOD TEMPERATURES IN EXCESS OF 140°F TO MEET THE REQUIREMENTS FOR FOOD SAFETY. EASY TO CLEAN, LIGHTWEIGHT AND ITCOMES WITH AN ADJUSTABLE THERMOSTAT KNOB. THE FW-1500W/C HAS A THERMOSTATIC RANGE THAT REACHES 212°F MAKING IT GREAT FOR DEFROSTING AND SLOW COOKING MEATS.
